Prerequisites
Delegates must have good working knowledge of Unified Communications and associated protocols and be competent in Cisco Networking (CCVP desirable) or attendance of NTS UC 8.x workshops
Course Content
Unified Communications is a complicated technology to deploy across a multi-vendor environment. This class will focus upon the core elements from key unified communications vendors including Cisco and Microsoft
This workshop delivers key focus around Cisco Unified Communications 8/8.5, integration with business presence, delivery of desktop architectures with both Cisco and Microsoft OCS/Lync and integration through standards including SIP/SIMPLE and XMPP. Delegates will have the opportunity to install Cisco Unified Communications Manager software in a virtual environment and configure from scratch through to more complex integration scenarios.
Each workshop delivers in-depth understanding regarding the design, integration and troubleshooting aspects of a multivendor environment
