Cisco PGW 2200 Troubleshooting (PGWT)
RRP: £1900 (plus VAT)
Duration: 3 Days
COURSE CONTENTS, BENEFITS AND POSITIONING
This course assumes Cisco PGW in Call Control Mode of operation.
This course focuses on how to troubleshoot the Cisco PGW solution. It assumes that you have worked on the PGW/HSI solution. Attendees should have an in-depth understanding of the technologies stated in the prerequisites.
The delegates will spend their time in theory/lab sessions learning various Cisco and generic commands and tools e.g. Show and Debug on IOS devices, VSPT, PGW/HSI MML commands, Snoop on Solaris, Call Tracing on the PGW and HSI, and retrieving logs and alarms in order to troubleshoot.
This course provides the knowledge and skills required to troubleshoot PGW/HSI systems and IP network deployments, addressing both design/planning practices and hands-on experience troubleshooting.
There will very little, if any, in the way of Technology theory.
